I Turned 30 and I Cried...

No joke. I bawled my eyes out.

I couldn't figure out why I felt so emotional and at first I struggled to make sense of it. I tried at least 3 times to write a blog explaining how I felt and I realized that I wasn't being true to my emotions. Whenever something is heavy on my chest, I express myself better in video. And so this morning while in my pj's, I jumped on InstaStories and went live.
I tried keeping it short, but if you know me, that's hard! Anyhoot, indulge me for a minute or two and tell me what you think/how you feel about reaching another decade.
